3. Order Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed once payment details are verified or confirmation is received (for COD orders).

  • RFN Traders reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (upon request)

Payment must be completed in full before the delivery of goods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item).
