1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are without original packaging.

  • Products bought during promotions, sales, or clearance (unless defective).


3. How to Request a Return

  • Provide your Order Number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Our customer service team will guide you on the return or exchange process.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Mobile Wallet

    • Store Credit (upon request)

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and you must proceed with the return process.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
