1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued via:

- Store Credit (upon request)

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Order Cancellations
